All items sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable, except for the following reasons:

1. You received the wrong item(s) or there are item(s) missing from your order.

If you received the wrong product(s) or are missing something from your order, please contact us via email within 3 days upon receiving your order. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible. Items returned as a result of an error on our part will receive a full refund, including return shipping cost.

2. You did not receive your order (e.g., parcel lost in transit).

If you haven't received your order, please report this issue to us via email within 7 days (for Peninsular Malaysia customers) or 10 days (for East Malaysia customers) after the date the parcel has been shipped. Please indicate your order number and tracking number to expedite a resolution. We will reach out to the respective courier service to track down your missing parcel. If you still haven't received your order 7 days after reporting the issue to us, we will issue a full refund to you as soon as possible.

3. Your order was returned to us as an undeliverable parcel.

Occasionally, parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. This could be sue to several reasons, such as below:

• The courier attempted delivery but failed. Most courier services make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your parcel, they'll return it to us.

• The parcel was damaged in transit. If a parcel is damaged while it's on its way to you, the courier may return it without attempting delivery.

• The parcel has been rejected at the doorstep or sent to a restricted address.

When the courier returns your undeliverable parcel to us, we'll issue a full refund (including shipping charges). If you still want to purchase item(s) that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website.
